What We Do

Through our emotional well-being groups, counselling, peer support, engaging physical activities, and family mediation services, we strive to address the community’s challenges through physical activities , in particular walking. Our mission is to not only address the mental health challenges faced by our community but to be the unwavering beacon that guides them towards a brighter and more resilient future. “Walk in Light” is an open invitation, a promise of a safe place where Rwandese women and youth living in the UK can find solace, strength, and companionship.
