Alphonsine Uwimana

Experienced and Caring Community Health Worker with 8+ years’ experience in the field with a history of diversifying services to meet individual client needs. Works with care and compassion to deliver targeted care programmes for improved social and behavioural outcomes. Meticulous in assessments and monitoring to provide excellent care continuity. Highly skilled in providing ongoing health education for individual patients and family members with an outstanding customer service record and background in community service.

Adept multitasked role, able to handle a high volume of simultaneous healthcare tasks and concerns with professionalism and accuracy. Focused on assisting community members with close support. Organized and motivated employees. She is skilled at delivering training classes and informational materials to community members to promote health improvements and reduce problems with chronic diseases. She loves dancing, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Zawadi Mutoni

Zawadi Mutoni is a motivated school teacher with 12 years of experience. She is passionate about assisting children in learning and exploring their ambitions by helping them set realistic goals and praising them for their achievements. With an extensive teaching background, Zawadi engages children of all ages to explore new topics and achieve personal learning goals. Her role involves monitoring children during whole-group instruction to keep them focused.

In response to the abrupt COVID-19 closures, Zawadi developed new teaching approaches by creating virtual lessons through Google Classroom, Seesaw, YouTube, and Zoom. She has also developed skills in Blackboard online learning, SMART technology, and mobile devices and apps for lower-elementary learners, particularly in reading comprehension.

Zawadi maintains productive relationships with teachers and school administrators. Her fields of experience also include involvement in various community projects, particularly in mobilising and bringing women of her community (Rwandan) together through multiple activities. She creates a safe platform for open discussions and is an avid campaigner for mental health, loneliness, family mediation, and more. As part of her hobbies, Zawadi runs cultural dances for children. She is bilingual and fluent in both English and French.

Jean Marie Rutagarama

A seasoned supply chain management professional with over ten years of experience, the individual specialises in direct and indirect procurement. His responsibilities encompass negotiating with international vendors and suppliers, ensuring accurate paperwork and documentation, and fostering timely exchanges to achieve cost savings and provide production support.

Demonstrating proficiency in collaboration, he works closely with corporate buyers to facilitate high-level visibility of all international shipments. Their expertise extends to evaluating supplier performance to optimise delivery and fulfilment processes
