Sophie Bird

Sophie is an experienced co-production professional with experience in engaging and involving hard-to-reach and seldom-heard communities.  She has worked with people from many diverse walks of life to engage and involve them in creating happier, more fulfilling lives and more empowered, resilient communities.

This has included managing social prescription contracts in the NHS , health and wellbeing development, and tackling inequalities through championing people’s voice and power.

Sophie is passionate about diversity and shared lived experience, the power of community, and drawing out people’s innate talents and strengths. She has experience in securing grants and fundraising for grassroots organisations.

She loves nature, music, dancing, belly laughs with loved ones, and exploring the world on her solo travels.

Sophie joins us as the head of partnerships and fundraising.

Ivan Nyagatare

Ivan is a writer, teacher, and business owner. Ivan has ten years of marketing experience, having worked in both the corporate and start-up worlds, and he owns a digital marketing company.

Ivan is an influential member of the Rwandan Community in the United Kingdom, having served as national and local secretary.

Ivan enjoys reading and teaching and volunteers to assist kids in his community. He has joined us as an educational and communication lead.
